We offer exchange or store credit only for full price merchandise purchased on seanstore.com or in one of our retail locations may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
As a small, independent brand offering European made garments at an exceptionally low price that are manufactured under environmentally responsible and proper working conditions, we are not able to extend the refund policies offered by many online retailers who produce in low-cost countries and apply a significantlly higher mark-up.
Full price merchandise can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of your order delivery.
Sale items purchased at a reduced or promotional price are final and can't be accepted for return or exchange.
All merchandise returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase
Step 1: Contact us right away at and inform us that you wish to return or exchange your item(s).
Step 2: Pack and seal your box securely. Products should be returned in the original packaging. If a circumstance arises and you do not have the original packaging, you may return your package in a plain shipping box.
Step 3: Shipping your return Remove any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials from the shipping box.
